Pre-Arrival Ordering Process

Enjoy every moment of your vacation in Provincetown and let us do unnecessary shopping for you. All you need to do is provide us with a list of your grocery, snack, light meal and other needs and they will be in your fully stocked kitchen when you arrive. Your vacation begins when you arrive in your vacation, not at the grocery store or drug store fighting the other 30,000 people who have just arrived!

All it takes is 3 easy steps:

• Plan your meals and other needs. Go online and complete the attached shopping list indicating the quantity of each item you would like us to purchase for you. You will note that the units of measure and our pricing are indicated next to each item. All organic items are noted in orange. The website will calculate the total of your order, add a $75 delivery fee, and provide you with the total charge for your order.

• You provide us with your contact details, instructions you received from your landlord on how to enter your rental apartment, and your landlord’s contact details. You then enter your credit card details and approve the order on our website.

• We do the shopping. We access your rental home, organize and out away all of your groceries prior to your arrival.

You then arrive at the house, make a snack, enjoy a cold beverage and get a head start on the fun. Meanwhile, your friends are fighting over the last loaf of bread at the Stop N Shop and standing in long lines to check out. Your order must be placed at least 3 days prior to your arrival date for guaranteed delivery of your order. Please note the following terms and conditions:

• A $75 delivery fee applies to all orders. This less than you would pay for an hour’s massage.

• All submitted orders are final.

• This being Ptown, we reserve the right to occasionally substitute brands which may have slightly different packaging sizes.

• A $50 additional fee will be charged for each attempted delivery after first attempt if unable to access home the first time.
